A large, light and airy 3-bedroom duplex apartment within the relaxing, quiet and picturesque village of Castlerock. With its beautiful beach and award-winning Castlerock Golf Course on its doorstep, this haven is perfect for families, golfing groups and couples alike.  
Built in the early 1900’s, this historic building benefits from touches of old and high ceilings within a modernised and comfortable environment.  
Set over three floors; the front door, at ground level, opens directly into the apartment from the street with a set of stairs leading to the first level.  On the first level you’ll find plenty of storage, a WC, the kitchen and living room.  A further set of stairs leads to the second split-level where you’ll find all three bedrooms and a large family bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, cooker, hob, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment.
Comfortable living area including flat screen TV, leather corner sofa and dining table for 8 people.
We have X2 double bedrooms (one with sea view, one with golf course view) and x1 twin bedroom with bunk beds.  All beds are designed with comfort in mind providing memory foam mattresses, hotel grade duck feather & down pillows, thick cosy duvets and all Egyptian Cotton bedding.  A travel cot and fold-away bed is also available.
A coffee shop, Chinese Takeaway, Café, pub with restaurant, golf club with restaurant, bakery, grocery store, Post Office, hairdressers, butchers, beauty parlour, bus stop and train station (serving Londonderry & Belfast) are all within a two-minute stroll from the front door.
Ideally located for sight-seeing and only a short drive to the top North Coast attractions, beauty spots and Game of Thrones filming locations.
